• 1 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Cup Dried Sweet or Sour Cherries, halved or chopped
  1. To make the syrup, bring the maple syrup to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan. Then immediately remove from the heat and stir in the chopped cherries. Let the mixture stand for at least 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. If preferred, you can strain the chopped cherries out or just leave them in. Warm before use.
