Our Pure Michigan Organic Maple Syrup is made the traditional way with a wood fired evaporator and skills passed on in the family since 1949. Our syrup is filtered several times, graded and packaged in Glass Quarts and Pints or Food Grade plastic containers that are made for maple syrup to ensure freshness and shipping integrity. Straight from the Maple tree, our syrup is natural with no additives of any kind.
Our Sugar House operation is inspected and approved by the Michigan Department of Agriculture (MDARD) and we practice Food Safety practices throughout our Maple Syrup process and our production process is organically certified by the Ohio Ecological and Farm Association (OEFFA).
