
Combine flour, wheat germ, Maple Sugar, baking powder, lemon rind and salt and Blend thoroughly
In a small bowl, beat egg, oil and milk and add ingredients to the first mixture and barely stir
Fold in the Blueberries
Fill the muffin papers in your muffin pan or greased muffin tins 2/3 full
Bake at 400° for 25 minutes
Sprinkle the tops of warm muffins with grated Maple Sugar
