Maple Syrup Cheesecake Pie

We were served this Maple Cheese Cake at the Michigan Maple Syrup Association's Fall Tour this year and it was fantastic!

  • 1 1/3 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. Melted Butter
  • 3 8 oz. Packages of Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 3 Large Fresh eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  1. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter.

  2. Lightly butter a 9 inch pie pan

  3. Dust the sides of the pie pan with graham cracker crumbs and press the remainder evenly into the bottom of the pan

  4. Place the pie crust into the refrigerator and CHILL

  5. In a large bowl, best the cream cheese well, adding eggs one at a time and continue beating/mixing well after each addition

  6. Add vanilla, salt and Maple Syrup to the cream cheese mixture and pour into the chilled pie crust.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees until firm (about 45-50 minutes)

  8. After cooling, drizzle Maple Syrup on the top of each slice when served and enjoy!
