This is a Fall favorite especially at Thanksgiving time

Ingredients
Use a basic flaky pie crust or 1 store-bought pie crust fitted into a 9-inch pie pan
    Pie Filling
    • 2 Large Eggs
    • 1 15 0z. Can Pure Pumpkin Puree
    • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
    • 3/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
    • 3/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
    • 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
    • 1/8 tsp. Ground cloves
    Instructions
    1. Set an oven rack in the lowest position and heat oven to 350º F. 

    2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin, cream, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and cloves.
    3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the crust for baking

      Place the pie plate on a foil-lined baking sheet before baking for easy clean-up.

    4. Bake until the center is set, 60 to 70 minutes. Let cool to room temperature before serving.
