- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup The "Real Stuff"
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 3 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup See instructions below
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Cook 1/2 cup of Maple Syrup and water until boiling, then add cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup of Maple Syrup.
- Cook until boiling again, keeping the it well stirred, until the mixture has thickened.
Then take if off from the heat and add the Butter and Vanilla .
- Then spread it on the cake before it cools off.
